2. Noida Film City

• Employment: Expected to generate approximately 150,000 jobs, with over 17,000 in media professions.
3. Olympic City
• Objective: Preparation for India’s bid to host the 2036 Olympics.
• Size: Approximately 1,100 acres.
• Components: Includes 29 stadiums, convention centers, training facilities, and an Olympic Village with 5,000 homes
4. Multi-Modal Logistics Park
• Location: Tappal Bajna, near the expressway.
• Purpose: To facilitate seamless movement of goods via road, air, and rail.
• Proximity: Strategically located near the Jewar Airport to enhance logistics efficiency.
5. Industrial Development by YEIDA
• Initiatives:
o Establishment of industrial parks for leather footwear, handlooms, handicrafts, and electric vehicle manufacturing.
o Development of data centers in Sector 28 with an investment of ₹1,757 crore.
• Objective: To attract investments and create employment opportunities.
6. Urban Agra City Project
• Scope: Development of a new urban center spanning 10,500 hectares along the Yamuna Expressway.
• Consultant: Tractable Engineering appointed to prepare the Master Plan-2031.
• Investment: Estimated at ₹40,000 crore, focusing on tourism and manufacturing sectors.
7. Land Acquisition and Infrastructure Expansion
• Government Support: Uttar Pradesh government has sanctioned an interest-free loan of ₹1,500 crore for land acquisition.
• Plan: To acquire 5,000 hectares over the next 10 years for various development projects.
